Adani Enterprises’ real estate arm, Adani Properties Pvt Ltd (APPL), secured the highest bid for redeveloping Motilal Nagar, one of Mumbai’s largest housing projects. The total estimated redevelopment cost is 36,000 INR-Crore.

APPL outpaced L&T by offering a larger built-up area, surpassing its closest competitor. The Motilal Nagar project spans an anticipated 143 Acres in Goregaon (W). It includes three distinct sections—Motilal Nagar I, II, and III. Recently, the Mumbai High Court granted MHADA approval to redevelop Motilal Nagar through a C&DA. Additionally, the Maharashtra Government has declared this a special project, ensuring that MHADA maintains full control.
