Hari-Hara Temple to come up over 60 Acres in Anantapur Andhra Pradesh

Anantapur is set to host the magnificent Hari-Hara Temple, spanning an anticipated 60 Acres. This ambitious project aims to blend spirituality with tourism, creating a unique landmark. The temple will feature a 300 Ft-high Shivalingam with 10 floors, housing one crore Shivalingams. A 108-Ft-long idol of Lord Vishnu will also grace the site.

The mastermind behind the Hari-Hara Temple is Damodar Gowranga Das, in charge of Anantapur ISKCON. The project highlights Sanatana Dharma, uniting Shaiva and Vaishnava traditions. Advanced digital media will educate visitors, especially children, about this ancient philosophy.

The temple’s Bhumi Puja is scheduled for June, with completion expected in five years. The Hari-Hara Temple will not only be a spiritual hub but also a major tourist attraction, boosting the region’s cultural and economic growth.
