Mumbai-based Arkade Developers Ltd announced on Tuesday, April 8, that it had secured rights for a cluster redevelopment project in Borivali.
The site spans approximately 7,084 SqM and has a development potential of 2.44 Lakh-SqFt. Moreover, the company expects a revenue of 865 INR-Crore from this cluster redevelopment project. With this, Arkade Developers continues to expand its footprint in the vibrant MMR region.

The firm maintains a strong pipeline of upcoming projects. Furthermore, in February 2025, Arkade revealed two more redevelopment projects. One of them is a cluster redevelopment in Dahisar, and the other includes redevelopment rights for Nutan Ayojan, a cooperative housing society in Mumbai’s Malad West area.
