Two state-of-the-art convention centers are set to come up in Lucknow, positioning the state to host global-level events. The first convention center will come up in Vrindavan Yojana, and span an anticipated 32.5 Acres of land parcel, accommodating 10,000 people.
With an estimated investment of 900 INR-Crore, the Housing and Development Board will develop this project under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. Construction is slated for completion within two years. Additionally, the complex will feature five-star and budget hotels, catering to diverse visitors.

The second project involves completing the Jayaprakash Narayan International Convention Centre (JPNIC) in Gomtinagar. Spread over an anticipated 18 Acres, JPNIC requires around 100 INR-Crore to finalize pending work. Once completed, it will be handed over to the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) for operations. Furthermore, these convention centers will position Lucknow as a prime destination for international conferences and exhibitions.
