Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has clinched significant EPC contracts valued between 2,500 INR-Crore and 5,000 INR-Crore, strengthening its footprint. The company’s Buildings & Factories vertical won these orders from various state and central government bodies, showcasing its expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects.
A key highlight is the EPC order from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for constructing Common Central Secretariat buildings 6 and 7 in New Delhi. This project involves building two structures, each with one basement, two podiums, an upper ground floor, and 6 upper floors. L&T’s scope covers civil works, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, and external site development.

Additionally, the contract mandates a five-year operation and maintenance period post-construction. Furthermore, L&T is tasked with delivering both the New Delhi Secretariat buildings and a State Legislative Assembly building in Andhra Pradesh within an 18-month timeline.
