ITC Hotels has unveiled plans to construct a new hotel in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, with an estimated investment of 328 INR-Crore.
The project marks the hospitality company’s first owned property in the coastal city, expanding its footprint in the region. The proposed hotel will feature 200 keys, offering a significant addition to Vishakhapatnam’s hospitality landscape. Construction is slated for completion by 2029, aligning with the city’s growing tourism and business appeal.

Currently, ITC Hotels manages two properties in Vishakhapatnam under management contracts: Welcomhotel Devee Grand Bay with 104 keys and Fortune Inn Sree Kanya, managed through a wholly-owned subsidiary, with 68 keys. This new development, however, will be a fully owned venture, strengthening ITC’s presence.
