Adani Group has made a significant move by acquiring leasehold rights to a 25-acre land parcel in the Pimpri industrial zone within Pune’s Haveli locality. The land, which was previously owned by Finolex Industries, was secured for approximately INR 471 Crore. The Adani Group’s subsidiary, Terravista Developers intends to develop a large data center on this land.
The land transaction was completed on Wednesday, April 3, with Terravista Developers paying a stamp duty of over INR 23.52 Crore for registration. Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) originally leased the land to Swastik Rubber Products, which later transferred the leasehold rights to Finolex Group entities.

This strategic acquisition aligns with the Group’s broader data center initiatives. Their data center business is led by AdaniConneX, a joint venture between Adani Enterprises and the US-based global hyperscale data center provider EdgeConneX.
