The Agra Development Authority (ADA) plans to build a cutting-edge logistics hub in Mudhera hamlet, southeast of Gwalior Road. The estimated cost of the project is INR 570 Crore.
The project aims to improve the logistics and transportation capabilities of the region. The upcoming ADA logistics hub, covering over 88 Hectares in Mudhera, will strategically position itself just one kilometer from the proposed new townships in Kakua and Bhandai.

Additionally, ADA will allocate INR 350 Crore for land acquisition and use the remaining INR 220 Crore for development works. The anticipated sale price of the land is around INR 13,000 per SqM.
