Ahluwalia Contracts win 397 INR-Crore order from Godrej Properties

Ahluwalia Contracts has announced a significant contract win from Godrej Properties. The company has secured a contract for core and shell construction of sub and super-structures for all four towers—T1, T2, T3, and T4—at the prestigious Godrej Riverine project in Sector-44, Noida.

The contract is valued at an estimated 396.5 INR-Crore. Additionally, the scope of work includes the NTA, club, and retail spaces, boundary wall, rainwater harvesting system, waterproofing, and LPS works. Through this project, Ahluwalia Contracts will play a crucial role in shaping the grand vision of Godrej Riverine.

Furthermore, the company must complete the entire work within 25 months. Moreover, the company clarified that the deal holds no involvement from any promoter or group company. With this, Ahluwalia strengthens its relationship with Godrej Properties and contributes yet again to the growing skyline of Noida.
