Ample Parks, a collaboration between private equity firm Actis, and real estate firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd, plans to develop an integrated industrial and logistics park in Chennai. The estimated investment for this project is INR 800 Crore.
Ample Parks has secured an anticipated 70 Acres of prime industrial land parcel at Mahindra World City. The initial project will feature approximately 2 Million-SqFt of Grade A industrial space. This development will offer both plug-and-play facilities and bespoke built-to-suit solutions for a variety of customers, ensuring scalability.

Furthermore, Ample Parks will emphasize large-format warehouses and industrial facilities, catering to light manufacturing segments such as auto ancillary and electrical components. Moreover, Ample Parks intends to acquire nearly 700-750 Acres of land across the country. They plan to develop 15-17 industrial and logistics parks in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities over the next five to seven years, with a capital outlay of USD 600 Million.
