Realty developer Anvita Group is setting up a residential real estate project, Ivana Kollur, near Hyderabad. The estimated cost of this upcoming residential project is INR 2,000 Crore and it spans across approximately 12.9 Acres of land.
Ivana Kollur will be executed in two phases and will comprise a total of 1,850 flats. The first phase covers nearly 3.5 Acres of land parcel and an approximate area of 8 Lakh-SqFt. The second phase is expected to cover 9.25 Acres of land parcel and an anticipated area of 28 Lakh-SqFt.

The premium gated community, Ivana Kollur will feature two clubhouses, each covering approximately 1 Lakh-SqFt. Additionally, it will include a garden, a swimming pool, and three basement parking spaces. The organizers will allocate one floor for the joint use of children and adults. This premium gated community will have a park spread across nearly 3.5 Acres. Moreover, it will feature a supermarket, a bank, rooms for children’s tuition, a crèche, and facilities for working from home.
