The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has approved major infrastructure projects in Amaravati, totaling around 24,276 INR-Crore. These include the construction of the Legislative Assembly and High Court buildings, five iconic towers, and extensive Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) roads.
The Legislative Assembly building will be a towering 250 M high structure, spread approximately 11.22 Lakh-SqFt. It will be built on an anticipated 103 Acres of land at an estimated cost of 765 INR-Crore. Meanwhile, the High Court building will rise 55 M with a G+7 design, covering a built-up area of around 20.32 Lakh-SqFt. Sprawling across 42 Acres, this project will cost around 1,049 INR-Crore.

Additionally, APCRDA approved the development of five iconic towers, designed to provide a combined space of around 68.88 Lakh-SqFt. The standout structure, the GAD tower, will feature G+47 floors and span 17.03 Lakh-SqFt. These towers, costing an estimated 4,688 INR-Crore, will accommodate offices for Ministers, Secretaries, Department Heads, and their staff, ensuring a seamless administrative setup.
The authority also sanctioned the construction of LPS roads spanning approximately 579.50 Km. These roads will include integrated sewerage, drinking water lines, stormwater drains, and electrical and telecom cables. This project alone will require an estimated 9,699 INR-Crore and enhance Amaravati’s connectivity and infrastructure capabilities.
These Infrastructure projects will not only elevate the capital’s skyline but also establish Amaravati as a hub of world-class development.
