Bandra’s Nargis Dutt Nagar set for 10,000 INR-Crore redevelopment

Bandra’s largest slum, Nargis Dutt Nagar, is undergoing a transformative redevelopment. Estimated to generate 10,000 INR-Crore in revenue, the project sits at the prime location of Bandra Reclamation. 

Roshni Developers, in collaboration with Godrej Properties, is spearheading this ambitious initiative under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) scheme. Bandra’s redevelopment plan includes luxurious 3 and 4 BHK sea-facing apartments. Roshni Developers will rehabilitate 1,515 slum families across 5.4 Lakh-SqFt. Meanwhile, Godrej Properties will handle the free-sale segment, which spans a massive 10 Lakh-SqFt

Additionally, to enhance the quality of life, the project will introduce welfare centers, healthcare facilities, libraries, and community halls. The redevelopment will also address traffic concerns by improving access through D P Road, which is currently encroached.
