Bhutani Infra to develop a commercial high-street mall in Noida sector 133, to invest INR 500 Cr

Bhutani Infra, a real estate developer based in Delhi-NCR, is set to construct a commercial high-street mall in Noida sector 133, along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. For this project, the company intends to invest INR 500 Crore.

Ashish Bhutani, CEO of Bhutani Infra, has stated that the project will unfold in two phases and will encompass premium retail space, a food court, and wellness facilities. In Phase 1, the company will be developing nearly 3 Lakh-SqFt in the project.

Launching in the final quarter of this year, the project is set to be completed within 30 months from the commencement of the groundwork.

Furthermore, Bhutani Infra is currently constructing two commercial projects in Noida: Bhutani Cyberthum and Avenue 62. These projects entail commercial office spaces, with Bhutani Cyberthum anticipated to reach completion by June 2024.
