Bihar Govt initiates process for construction of 3 five-star hotels in Patna

The Bihar Government has kick-started the process for the construction of three new five-star hotels in Patna. This initiative aims to accommodate the rising tourist influx and invigorate the state’s industrial landscape. To achieve this, the Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation (BSTDC) has floated e-tenders, inviting developers under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.

These luxurious five-star hotels in Bihar will be developed on the premises of Hotel Patliputra Ashok, Bankipore Bus Stand, and Sultan Palace. The project includes constructing a minimum of 100 rooms on 1.50 Acres at Hotel Patliputra Ashok. Additionally, 150 rooms will be built on 3.24 Acres at Bankipore Bus Stand and 4.89 Acres at Sultan Palace.

Furthermore, the deadline for bid submission is February 10, with technical bids set to open the following day. These five-star hotels in Bihar will blend architectural elegance with modern amenities, adding a new dimension to the city’s hospitality sector.
