Bioplastic Park project worth INR 2,000 Crore to come up in Uttar Pradesh

In a major initiative to combat environmental pollution, the Uttar Pradesh Government is set to establish a Bioplastic Park in Gola Gokarannath, Lakhimpur Kheri district. The estimated investment of this project is INR 2,000 Crore.

Balrampur Sugar Mills Firm will develop the upcoming Bioplastic park. This park will span over an anticipated 1,000 Hectares in Kumbhi village. Moreover, the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) will act as the nodal agency for its development.
