BluPine Energy has secured an INR 418 Crore loan from HDFC Bank for its 120 MW solar project in Sadla, Gujarat. Once completed, this solar plant is expected to generate approximately 3.23 lakh MWh (megawatt hours) of energy annually.

The proposed project will offset nearly 2.96 lakh tonnes of CO2 equivalent annually and will provide power to approximately 2.7 lakh households. The electricity generated from this solar plant will be supplied to Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for 25 years. This ambitious project will contribute to BluPine Energy’s cumulative solar and wind energy capacity in Gujarat, adding 750 MW across 7 projects under GUVNL.
