Brigade Enterprises inks deal for INR 660 Crore housing project at Bengaluru

Brigade Enterprises recently signed an agreement for a prime land parcel in Bengaluru. Located on Old Madras Road, the housing project will cover an anticipated 4.6 Acres of land.

The upcoming project will have an estimated revenue potential of INR 660 Crore, with a development potential of approximately 0.69 Mn-SqFt. Old Madras Road is a fast-growing residential hub in Bengaluru, known for its improved infrastructure, great connectivity, and new development plans. Brigade Group aims to develop this project aligned with customer preferences for quality and sustainability.
