Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) with United Oxygen Company Pvt Ltd for a commercial project in Bangalore’s Whitefield. The company will develop Grade A office space in the eastern IT corridor of Whitefield.
The proposed project will have an anticipated development area of 3 Lakh-SqFt at an estimated investment of INR 340 Crore. The project will align with the growing need for an ideal solution for professionals seeking top-tier work facilities, said Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited.

Over the next fiscal, Brigade Group plans to retain its focus on commercial development in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. Moreover, it plans on enlarging its presence in smaller cities like Thiruvananthapuram and Cochin. The company currently has 7.5 Mn-SqFt of operating office assets. However, within the next two years, it plans to add nearly 4.5 Mn-SqFt in the three cities.
