Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group has signed a joint development for a residential project in with a gross development value of INR 1,100 Crore. The upcoming project will sprawl across an anticipated 8 Acres of land having a total development area of about 1.2 Million-SqFt.
Located on Tumkur Road, the Brigade’s residential project boasts 2 and 3 BHK apartments with a range of modern amenities. Additionally, the area will feature shopping hubs, office spaces, and entertainment zones. This upcoming residential project will add to the company’s 12 Million-SqFt of residential projects planned across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad in the coming year.

In another announcement, the Group has launched Brigade Insignia, a premium residential project in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. This project, with a revenue potential of INR 1,100 Crore, includes six towers containing 379 units of 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments. Spread across an anticipated 6 Acres of land parcel, Brigade Insignia offers luxurious living options for its residents.
