Brigade Enterprises Ltd, on Monday, April 15, announced that it will invest an estimated INR 400 Crore in developing office space in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The company has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) with Agni Estates and Foundations Pvt Ltd for this development.
The project, named Brigade Tech Boulevard, will be a ‘Grade A’ office space situated on Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road. It will comprise two towers offering nearly 8.36 Lakh-SqFt of leaseable area. It will be a world-class project with a significant focus on sustainability.
