Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd (BHVL) has revealed ambitious expansion plans, setting the stage for five luxury hotels across Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Vaikom. With this move, the company aims to increase its total inventory to 2,600 keys by FY 2029. Moreover, Brigade Hotel has partnered with leading global hospitality brands to operate these properties, ensuring top-tier experiences for guests.

The company has outlined plans for three luxury hotels, including Intercontinental Hyderabad at Brigade Neopolis, the Grand Hyatt Resort on East Coast Road (ECR) in Chennai, and an opulent resort in Vaikom Island, Kerala. BHVL has already signed a non-binding term sheet with Hyatt in India for the Chennai resort.

Furthermore, BHVL has signed a non-binding MoU with Marriott India Pvt Ltd.

The company plans to complete the luxury hotels in Chennai and the upper midscale hotels in Bengaluru by FY 2028. Meanwhile, the remaining two projects will be ready by FY 2029. With this bold expansion, Brigade Hotel Ventures continues to redefine luxury hotels and elevate hospitality standards across India.
