Brigade Enterprises plans to build the tallest residential project-Brigade Perambur, in Chennai. Spanning across an anticipated 15.82 Acres of land parcel, this project will have 49 floors and 5 towers. The estimated investment of this project is 620 INR-Crore.
While the main tower will soar to 49 floors, the remaining four will range between 38 and 43 floors. Moreover, Brigade Perambur will come with a grand parking facility spanning four levels (G+3), accommodating up to 2,470 vehicles. The project will be developed through a joint partnership with PVP Ventures.

Simultaneously, Brigade is also planning another development in Velachery. This project will have an estimated investment of 600 INR-Crore.
