Bengaluru-based, Brigade Enterprises is set to develop a high-rise residential complex in Perumbur, Chennai, with an estimated investment of 620 INR-Crore. The company acquired the land from PVP Ventures.
The upcoming project will include five towers, offering 1,368 residential units with a built-up area of approximately 3.38 Lakh-SqM. The development will span around 59,531 SqM of land. Additionally, Brigade is undertaking an estimated 600 INR-Crore residential project in Velachery. This high-rise development will be located at the Raptakos.

Moreover, with around 125 Acres and 17 Million-SqFt of developable area, Brigade is actively working on six projects in Chennai. These include Brigade Vantage (retail), WTC Chennai (office), Brigade Residences (residential), Holiday Inn (hospitality), Brigade Xanadu (residential), and the newly launched mixed-use project, Icon.
