Capacite Infraprojects has bagged an order worth an estimated 220 INR-Crore from TenX Realty Ltd for a project in Bandra, Mumbai. The company received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from TenX, which operates as a step-down subsidiary of Raymond Ltd.
As per the contract, Capacite will execute Civil Core and Shell Works for a project named ‘The Address by GS’ in Bandra. The site lies at Nirmal Nagar, right off the Western Express Highway in Bandra East. The project includes the construction of three basements, a G-23 floors, and a non-tower area.
