Global IT service provider Capgemini will set up a new, ultra-modern facility in Chennai, investing an estimated INR 1,000 Crore over the next three years. The 5,000-seat facility, spanning approximately 6 Lakh SqFt, is expected to be completed by April 2027.
Capgemini’s upcoming facility will feature advanced engineering labs and dedicated pods for customer experience centers. The company is also planning to integrate wellness centers, town halls, gymnasiums and modernized cafeterias to enhance employee well-being and foster a conducive work environment. Additionally, the campus will integrate advanced energy and water-efficient technologies.

Capgemini will use recycled materials and implement rainwater harvesting during construction.
