Government of Maharashtra has appointed CIDCO Ltd as the New Town Development Authority for the development of New Palghar Town & New District Headquarters.
The proposed project is the development of staff quarters for the District HQ of Palghar which is located at Kolgaon, New Town Palghar (Maharashtra).
This project is planned on a total plot area of 25.94 acres and has a development potential of 508,409 sq. ft. built up area.
It envisages the development of 31 building blocks with tallest block having G+7. Apart from this building activity, project will provide following facilities viz Adequate parking facility and DG set power backup.
