Kochi is among the first 20 cities selected under Government of India’s SMART CITIES MISSION. For the sole purpose of implementation of the smart city mission at the city level in Kochi, Cochin Smart Mission Limited an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) was formed.
As part of this endeavor, Cochin Smart Mission Limited (CSML) has decided to undertake the development of a Multi-storeyed Housing Complex. The project site is located in Thuruthi, Fort Kochi, Kerela.
The work includes the construction of 1 Tower with about 13 Upper Floors and the project would feature 195 Dwelling Units & 18 Commercial Shops.
The Multi Family Dwelling Unit at Mahaboob Park, Thuruthy, Ernakulam, Kerala would be implemented on EPC basis and is to be developed under the Smart City project.
