DLF The Grove is a gated community planned and executed by DLF Limited, a privately held company. They have appointed the architectural and master planning firm ARCOP Associates Private Limited to design the residential buildings. Located at Block B, DLF Phase-5, Golf Course Road, near Vita Dairy, Sector-54, Wazirabad, this gated community offers an optimum level of human comfort. The amenities provided facilitate community interaction and development.

KEY PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS: 

This project will cover a land area of 5.3 acres, with a built-up area of 6,19,627 square feet (ca. 14.23 acres). The total value of this project is INR 145 crores. Four-storey buildings are part of the residential premises. The 73 building blocks accommodate 292 apartments and 600 bathrooms. Currently, the project is in its initial stage of excavation. Construction began in 2022 and the project will be ready for possession in 2025.

Materials used for the project include UPVC windows, aluminium windows, mild steel railings for the staircase, modular flooring for the kitchen and marble flooring for the apartments. Among the amenities are a swimming pool, clubhouse, children’s play area, gymnasium, amphitheatre and indoor games. A CCTV system monitors the complex to ensure residents’ safety.
