The contract encompasses nearly 5 Million-SqFt of built-up area within Elan The Emperor, which forms part of a 50 Acres integrated township. Furthermore, this project highlights Elan Group’s shift from its established portfolio of commercial developments in Gurugram to ambitious residential ventures.
