Emami Realty has begun the construction work for Phase 1 of their project, “Emami Nature, Jhansi”. The construction of external and internal roads has begun along with the development of landscape and amenities.

Emami Nature is in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh at 25.321978 (25° 19′ 19.1208″ N) latitude and 78.544443 (78° 32′ 39.9948″ E) longitude. The project is a luxury villa integrated township which will promise a serene nature-centric lifestyle to the owners.
The township lies along a four-lane highway and is close to the proposed Greenfield Airport. In 2020, construction began on this integrated township, which is projected to be completed by 2027. A total of 900 villas, each comprising a ground floor and an upper floor, will be built on a land area of 300 acres. With a total built-up area of 22,50,000 square feet (0.21 km²), the project cost will round up to INR 675 crores.
This luxury township will house state-of-the-art amenities including landscaping, CCTV Surveillance, Banquet Hall, Guest Room, Café, Restaurant, Spa Room, Swimming Pool, Indoor Games, and Golf Course/Putting. The project will include a Sewage Treatment Plant, Rain Water Harvesting, and Organic Waste Treatment Plant for sustainability.
The flooring will be done in vitrified and ceramic tiles. They will build modular kitchens with granite countertops. They will install UPVC and aluminium windows.
