The proposed project is currently under construction and will be constructed in 2 phases. Once constructed, the project which occupies a land parcel of 4.95 acres, will have a total construction area of 11,64, 800 sq. ft. and will consist of 10 towers with additional high end amenities. Towers A, B, C, D, F, G, H, J will have 19 floors with a ground floor and a basement attached to it, whereas tower E and I will have 18 floors and 21 floors respectively with a ground floor and a basement underneath each of the towers. The project will also have high end amenities like a jogging track, landscape / garden, cricket pitch / ground, swimming pool and a clubhouse.
