Realty firm, Gaurs Group will invest around 4,000 INR-Crore to develop a commercial project in Noida. This project will sprawl an anticipated 17 Acres of land parcel. With this ambitious venture along the Noida Expressway, the company aims to strengthen its rental asset portfolio. 

The upcoming commercial project by Gaurs Group in Noida will have a development potential of nearly 5 Million-SqFt. Of which 2.5 Million-SqFt will be for retail space, 2 Million-SqFt for offices, and a luxury hotel offering over 300 keys. Additionally, the company will adopt a lease-based model for this project to elevate its rental income, which already exceeds around 125 INR-Crore annually.

Furthermore, the facility will act as a crucial port for the road transport network. It will ensure seamless travel while regulating emissions. Alongside the commercial zones, it will also offer recreational activities for the public. Once tenders are awarded, the Dahisar commercial hub is expected to be completed within 36 months.
