The upcoming commercial project by Gaurs Group in Noida will have a development potential of nearly 5 Million-SqFt. Of which 2.5 Million-SqFt will be for retail space, 2 Million-SqFt for offices, and a luxury hotel offering over 300 keys. Additionally, the company will adopt a lease-based model for this project to elevate its rental income, which already exceeds around 125 INR-Crore annually.

Furthermore, the facility will act as a crucial port for the road transport network. It will ensure seamless travel while regulating emissions.
