Gensol Engineering has secured an order worth an estimated 780 INR-Crore from a public sector utility in Maharashtra. The project involves setting up a vast 150 MWac ground-mounted solar power plant.
The scope of work includes manufacturing, supplying, erecting, inspecting, installing, testing, and commissioning the solar plant. Additionally, Gensol Engineering will develop the essential power evacuation infrastructure, connecting directly to the STU substation. This ambitious project is scheduled for completion in just 15 months.

Moreover, the contract provides three years of dedicated operation and maintenance (O&M) services for the solar power plant. This includes the upkeep of the switchyard and the expansive transmission infrastructure.
