The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) is set to develop an office block, seven years after it was founded in 2017. The new office building will be located at Sector 16 Boosting Station, Gurugram, Haryana.
The detailed project report (DPR) is completed, and tenders will be issued later this month. The estimated cost of the project is INR 115 Crore, and it is expected to be completed within two years after the tender is awarded. The upcoming GMDA office will be built on an anticipated 2 Acres of land parcel. One acre will feature a 10-story building, while the other acre will be developed into a green space.

Moreover, the GMDA office will offer ample room for staff from various divisions, such as finance and accounts, administration, infrastructure, urban planning, smart city, geospatial, urban environment, mobility, legal, and IT. Additionally, a three-story basement parking facility will accommodate over 100 cars.
