Godrej group has stepped into the commercial real estate space in the National Capital Region in a joint venture with Hero Cycles Limited, starting with a one-million sq.ft office and retail project.
Located at Gurugram’s Golf Course Road, the new commercial project will come up at a four-acre plot owned by Pankaj Munjal-promoted Hero Cycles. It is expected to be completed in the next 3 years.
The commercial cum office complex project would consist of 4 basements with 21 floors and would feature retail spaces, offices, shops, restaurant, food court, seminars, events, exhibitions, indoor games and other activities.
Hero Cycles Limited will develop the land plot along with Godrej Properties into a Grade A office and retail space as part of its plan to monetize some of its land parcels. At present, the project is in the early stage of Environmental Clearance.
