Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), one of India’s top real estate developers, announced today (23rd December 2022) that it has secured a contract for the development of 14.27 acres of land in Gurugram, Haryana. The project’s estimated overall cost is INR 3,000 crore.
The development will consist primarily of luxurious apartments. This will be one of GPL’s largest residential complexes in Gurugram, greatly enhancing its local footprint. The site is strategically located, with quick access to both Northern Peripheral Road and Interstate 48.
