Equipped with CCTV surveillance, a DG set and 100% power backup, the project will provide hi-end living conditions to residents. A dedicated amenities block will have a ground floor and 2 upper floors. This block will have amenities like a children’s play area, a gymnasium, a jogging track, a clubhouse, and a dedicated area for indoor games. It will also have a cricket pitch/ground, a spa, an indoor theatre, a banquet hall, a shop, a squash court, a multi-purpose court, a swimming pool, and a garden. A sewage treatment plant, a rainwater harvesting plant, will be present for sustainability. The project will also have an amphitheatre and a gazebo for recreation.
