Gopal’s Sweets, the largest dairy products brand in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh will establish a new manufacturing unit at Mohali Industrial Economic Zone (MIEZ). MIEZ is an industrial initiative by the Royale Estate Group. Gopal’s Sweets has invested around INR 150 Crore in this project.
The upcoming manufacturing unit spans 150 Acres, with plans to expand to 500 Acres over the next three years. Due to the perishable nature of the company’s products, such as sweets, dairy, and bakery items, it needed a central and strategic location to serve all four states promptly, said Sharanjit Singh, Managing Director of Gopal’s Sweets Pvt. Ltd.
MIEZ enjoys proximity to an international airport, the region’s largest railway junction, and the Dry Port of Shambhu barrier that offers unparalleled connectivity to all four states, making it the premier industrial township in Tricity.
