Grew Energy has plans to establish a 3.2 GW module manufacturing facility in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). The company will invest an estimated INR 4,500 Crore in this project. The upcoming facility will be developed in Kathua over an anticipated 80 Acres of land parcel.
Once completed, this plant will have an annual capacity to produce 3.2 GW of high-efficiency modules and 2.8 GW of ingots, wafers, and cells. This initiative aims to significantly boost the region’s renewable energy infrastructure and create employment opportunities in Jammu & Kashmir.

By combining this facility with Grew Energy’s existing 2.8 GW module manufacturing facility in Jaipur, the firm is set to achieve a total manufacturing capacity of 6 GW for modules and 2.8 GW for solar components by FY25. s
