Gujarat Housing Board has proposed to come up with a new EWS Residential and Commercial project located at Mahemdabad of Kheda District in Gujarat.
The proposed Residential and Commercial Project would be spread over an area of 2.34 acres and will offer approximately 226,706 sq. ft. of built up area.
It envisages the development of 4 blocks with up to 5-7 floors providing a total of around 394 apartment units. Similarly, a potential part of the project is planned explicitly for commercial purposes.
Mahemdabad Railway Station is in close proximity to the project site which is located at a distance of 0.48 km while Ahmedabad Airport is at a distance of 30.52 km from the project site.
