Government of Andhra Pradesh has established Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) and other agencies to undertake development activities of the capital region.
The project “Happy Nest Rosella” planned by APCRDA is a residential modern gated community project coming up on a sprawling plot of 16.05 acres in the heart of Amaravati Capital City, near the Government Complex.
The project would offer a total built-up area of 4.2 million sq ft. It would have 12 towers consisting of 23 upper floors and one Amenities block with 4 upper floors.
The Proposed project is developed with a 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartment flats with total number of 1704 flats. The amenities would include a fully equipped Club house, STP, party lawn, ATMs, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, & many other facilities.
