Hiranandani Group recently announced the launch of their new Luxury housing project in Powai worth approximately 2000 INR-Crore. In a statement on Monday, the group declared the launch of their new housing project ‘Empress Hill’ at ‘Hiranandani Garden‘ township.
The overall project will be developed on 5 Lakh SqFt of land parcel in a phased manner. The first phase of this township project, which includes three residential towers, is currently being developed on 3.3 Lakh SqFt of land. As per the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act, RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority), the estimated delivery time of the project is 2026.

Hiranandani Group has launched 330 residential units under this project. Out of these, 150 units have already been sold having worth of 1100 INR-Crore during the first week of its launch. The township ‘Hiranandani Gardens’ includes 83 Lakh SqFt of residential space and 45 Lakh SqFt of commercial space. 6 Lakh SqFt of area is under construction as of October 2023.
