HoABL unveils 2,500 INR-Crore vertical development projects in Mumbai

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) announced three vertical development projects on Wednesday, April 23, backed by an estimated investment of 2,500 INR-Crore. These include an American Culture Center at Marine Lines, a luxury residential project overlooking Chowpatty Beach, and a joint venture with Mittal Builders in Naigaon.

The company acquired the American Culture Center in December 2024. It is a G+7 storey building on an anticipated 1,337.81 SqM plot. This project holds a vertical development potential of 60,000 SqFt and will function as a commercial hub. Meanwhile, the Chowpatty project will offer around 50,000 SqFt of premium residential space. In Naigaon, HoABL will build a vast township featuring high-rise residences and high-street retail. This vertical development spans over 3 Million-SqFt and aims to reshape the Western Mumbai skyline.

Together, these three projects boast a total development potential of 3.1 Million-SqFt, and HoABL expects 3,500 INR-Crore in revenue. The company plans to launch all projects from Q2 FY 2025–26 and complete them over five years. Construction will begin by December 2025.

Looking ahead, HoABL also intends to bring its vertical development model to cities like Amritsar, Nagpur, and Vrindavan. These cities align with its vision for modern, integrated townships.
