HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd., a joint venture of Hindustan Petroleum and the Rajasthan government is setting up an integrated refinery and petrochemical complex. This complex is spread at around 4157 Acres at Pachpadra of Barmer District in Rajasthan.
Approximately 3 km from the proposed refinery, a 250 acres green rated Township is to be developed. This Township shall be a comprehensively planned development that offers a variety of residential formats (approximate 1350 dwelling units) for Executives, non-Executives and CISF staff.
Similarly, the township project would feature amenities like Anganwadi, Shopping Complex, Guest house, Community hall, Club house, Auditorium, Sports complex etc.
The Township shall be a GRIHA 4 star rated Green Township and the design and engineering of the Township is being done by M/s C.P.Kukreja Architects.
