The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB), will develop high-end flats for the Rajasthan cadre, All India Services (IAS, IPS and IFS) officers in Pratap Nagar Sector-17.
The built up area of the flat will be 3,211 sq.ft. that is 3BHK along with a drawing room and servant room. According to Pawan Arora, RHB commissioner, there will be 192 such flats.
The criteria includes Certification from IAS Group Housing Co-operative Society along with a salary slip issued by the competent authority.
The estimated cost of a flat will be around Rs 91,58,000. One can also select a nominee while filling up the application form.
Applications registered under this scheme will not be able to get transfers to other schemes and cities.
