IHCL expands in Hosur, Tamil Nadu with new Vivanta & Ginger Hotels

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality brand, recently signed agreements for two new hotels – a ‘Vivanta’ and a ‘Ginger’ – in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. These greenfield projects will rise on an anticipated 3 Acres of land parcel. The company has partnered with Chona Megatainment Malls Pvt Ltd for these projects. 

The 150-key Vivanta Hotel will offer guests a refined stay, blending modern decor with the vibrant spirit of Hosur. It will feature diverse dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a bar. The hotel also boasts a state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, and versatile banquet spaces for business events.

Similarly, the 200-key Ginger Hotel will offer an all-day dining cum bar, along with a gym and meeting spaces. Tailored for the modern traveler, it will combine both style and functionality. With these new hotels, the presence of IHCL in Tamil Nadu will grow to 22 properties, with 6 more under development, further cementing its position in the region.
