Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, announced the signing of a Taj-branded hotel in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The 150-key Taj Hotel is strategically located in the heart of the city.
The upcoming Taj Hotel in Kanpur will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and two specialty restaurants. Moreover, the hotel will include the J Wellness Circle spa. The Taj Hotel will offer over an anticipated 10,000 SqFt of versatile banqueting space.

IHCL is partnering with JK Urbanscapes for this venture, said Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, IHCL. This new IHCL Kanpur property aims to enhance the hospitality experience in the region.
