IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Aaraki Hotels & Resorts to develop the ‘Holiday Inn Resort Dharamshala’, in Himachal Pradesh. Scheduled to open by Q3 FY 2027, the resort will feature 150 rooms and an array of facilities.
Holiday Inn Resort Dharamshala will offer well-designed rooms, including standard accommodations and luxurious suites. Guests can indulge in three dining options—a lively all-day restaurant, a bar, and an elegant lobby lounge. The resort will also include a pool, a modern fitness center, resort-centric retail stores, and a dedicated resort center to ensure relaxation.

Additionally, for business and social events, Holiday Inn Resort Dharamshala will provide exceptional meeting spaces. These will include a grand ballroom, ideal for gatherings and MICE events. Once operational, it will set new standards in hospitality while enhancing Dharamshala’s charm as a top destination.
