IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global hotel leader, has signed a management agreement with Peachery LLP to debut ‘Holiday Inn Ujjain’. This new property, set to open in 2028, marks IHG’s focused expansion into India’s high-growth secondary markets.
Holiday Inn Ujjain will offer 100 well-appointed rooms, including 10 suites, to cater to diverse guests. It will feature various dining experiences—a lively All-Day Dining, a cozy lounge bar, and an elegant specialty restaurant. For gatherings and business events, the hotel will provide a spacious banquet hall along with five flexible meeting spaces, perfect for social celebrations or corporate needs. Additionally, guests seeking relaxation will enjoy a pool and fitness center, enhancing the welcoming ambiance of the hotel.

With Holiday Inn Ujjain, the company continues to make strides in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in India’s growing regions.
